Quote Form Privacy Notice
Information under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) about the personal data you share through the quote form on yestr.tr.

What data we process
- Identity and contact: name, company / organisation, email, phone.
- Project details: building type, project stage, location, approximate floor area, target certification and desired grade, your message.
- The page or campaign link the request came from (if any).
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to prepare a suitable quote for your project, to contact you and to assess a possible service contract, based on KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (directly related to entering into a contract) and Art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).
Who receives it
Your request may be shared with the relevant Tetratürk staff and with the relevant experts of SEEDARC, with whom we offer this service, to prepare the quote. Otherwise it is passed only to the hosting provider of this site and the email service that delivers request notifications, and is not shared with other third parties.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years; requests that lead to a service contract are kept for as long as the contract requires. After that, your data is deleted.
Your rights
